Important: Important Notice
From Monday 9 March 2026, we will begin a trial of extended online access during our core hours.
Our online request forms will open at 08:30 (previously 07:00).
Online requests submitted after 16:30 are unlikely to receive a routine same-day response; we will aim to respond within one working day.
If you believe your problem is urgent — particularly after 16:30 — please telephone the practice so that we can assess you appropriately.
As always, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, such as severe chest pain, call 999 immediately.
Later in the day, or ahead of weekends and bank holidays, you may be clinically triaged and directed to NHS 111 or another appropriate urgent care service to ensure you receive timely and appropriate investigation, in-person assessment or treatment.
We will continue to prioritise all contacts according to clinical need and remain open during our contracted core hours.
Our forms will now close at 18:30 (previously 15:00), subject to available safe clinical capacity.
