We're Switching to Anima – A New Way to Contact the Practice Online

From mid to late August, our practice will be moving from Accurx to a new digital platform called Anima for all online patient requests.

Why the change?
Anima offers a faster, more efficient way for you to get the help you need. It asks smart, simple questions about your symptoms or admin request and sends everything directly to the clinical team—so we have all the information we need to help you quickly.

What can you use Anima for?

• Requesting medical advice

• Submitting admin queries (e.g. fit notes, test results)

• Medication questions

• All others things you usually use our website for

What stays the same?

• You’ll still be able to contact us online from your phone or computer.

• Our clinical team will review every request and respond as quickly as possible.

• Urgent care and appointments will continue as usual.

How to access Anima
You can access Anima via our practice website and the experience will not differ greatly from what we offer currently. No app is needed, and you don’t need to download anything.
