We sincerely thank you for your patience since October 1st 2025.

As a surgery we will always be eager to embrace new technology options that maximise the capacity we have, allowing our fantastic doctors and nurses to see more patients and offer better access. To aid us in that endeavour we trialled a new form system, which aimed to reduce some of the time spent processing forms and asked you to provide as much information as you could up front.

We have heard your frustration with the new system. We know it hasn't been perfect and we know how important it is to be able to access your healthcare when you need to.

From January 16th 2026 we will be running the form system that was in place previously. This will allow you to write your concerns freely, without multiple choice questions and will link directly with the NHS App.
