New clinical software is being installed on 5th August. At present you cannot use our on-line facility to book appointments ahead for August. During the week commencing 4th August you will not be able to book any appointments or request a prescription on-line until the new commuter system is configured however we hope to have this up and running as soon as we can and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Appointments are still available by phoning 01932 826025 or the switch board 01932 828200, or in person (Reception is open Saturday morning 9-11am).
We ask our patients to bear with us during this period as the whole team learns the new system, and for any disruption due to delays in getting prescriptions and general requests dealt with. Normally we aim to respond to your queries within 2 working days but during this period we may have to increase this to 5 working days.
Unfortunately our SMS texting to remind patients of their appointments will no longer be active after 4th August. We are investigating a new service to replace this.
