Your Health Records – Summary Care Record

The NHS is improving the way information about your health is stored and managed by introducing a Summary Care Record. This is an electronic record of important information about your health. Having a summary care record ensures the right people have the right information at the right time to give you the best possible care in an emergency or urgent situation.
